The people at this dentist office are absolutely the best. As a lifelong “not a fan of the dentist office”, I’m amazed at how they’ve flipped my mindset. (And of course, they’ve taken great care of my teeth.) Kind, caring people. I can’t recommend them enough.

I really enjoy Kim and Dr McCauley! At previous dentists you have to go one place for root canals, another place for crowns, or worse, wait for them. Here they do it all in one day. For someone with dental anxiety like me, thats a game changer-- and its one bill instead of paying different people for different things. I never have any residual pain or trouble after procedures. Everyone in the office is really kind and fun. Also, they give electric tooth brush heads after cleanings if you use them. And they also offer parafin wax for a hand spa before cleanings. It’s the special touches that make it a great experience.

We’ve been going to Dr. Amanda McCauley since we moved to Bothell in 2018 and she has been fantastic. Her whole team is professional, friendly, and very thorough. They always catch potential issues early and explain everything clearly, which has saved us from bigger problems more than once. Dr. McCauley is skilled, caring, and consistent. Easily one of the best dental experiences we’ve had in the area.

The crew at Smile Sanctuary were fantastic! I have had a long term phobia of the dentist and Dr McCauley and her team were very supportive and attentive to my needs! From the warm reception in the waiting area to the comfy dentist chair and the offer of a warm blanket (which I turned down 😀) I felt very well taken care of. Ali and the other hygienists were very thorough but gentle and Dr McCauley was very professional and aware of my issues and concerns and was very communicative. I would recommend Dr McCauley and her team to anyone who struggles with dental phobia and has decided it is time to improve their dental health!

So I legitimately recommend McCauleys (Smile Sanctuary) to all my friends whenever dentists come up. Best dentist office ever!! I have sensitive teeth and am a scientist who wants to know everything about what's going on in my mouth. I've been going here for years now, and I LOVE Dr McCauley, Janis, Kim, Ali, and everyone at their office and the wonderful job they do start to finish with every patient! Everyone is so kind, professional, knowledgable, and cheery. Plus the hand paraffin treatments are so smart! Thank you! xxx
